ResponsibilitiesPrepare draft of weekly client report to report on project progressInspect site before and/or after OAC meetingsPhotograph on-going site progress, including photos at critical intervalsCreate, distribute, review and approve punch list items for assigned projectsOversee document management for projects and prepare closeout documentsMaintain directory, current drawings and specifications, working knowledge of documents, RFIs, submittals contents and status within the databaseTrack and advance RFIs and submittalsReview and track pay applications, change orders, and invoices to ensure alignment with scope of servicesTrack waivers of lien to avoid potential financial disputesPreferred Skills and Experience3-4 years' experience in residential construction experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear termsExperience working in a team environment, supporting colleagues as necessary including problem solving, researching, and synthesizing informationProject financial reporting acumenSkilled in Microsoft Office; ProCorePandoLogic.
